Register

The Housing Register module provides a highly customisable and user-friendly platform for managing housing applications. With the ability to create and edit custom forms to capture specific information aligned with housing and data protection policies, it can automatically calculate bedroom need and priority to ensure consistent assessments. Smart logic to show or hide fields based on previous answers streamlines the application process.

Using our Online Portal, applicants can apply, update information, upload documents, and track their application status online with easy access and a seamless experience on mobile devices. Automated actions and notifications keep people updated on their activities, including proactively reminding applicants to review and update their information.

 

Self-help resources provide applicants with guidance and support through pre-assessment forms and helpful information such as support options on the public website, all customisable by the client. 

Allocate

The Allocate module provides a comprehensive and flexible solution for managing property allocations. Clients can easily adapt allocation policies to meet specific needs, including eligibility criteria, shortlisting rules, and priority orders and it supports various allocation methods, such as Choice-Based Lettings, direct lets, nominations, and traditional allocations. Real-time eligibility checks: ensure applicants only bid on suitable properties.

With a centralised Property Register, you can store and manage property information, including facilities, costs, contacts, and accessibility requirements. Applicants can view eligible properties, bid, and track their application status on property adverts with customizable cycles and eligibility criteria.

Clear shortlist information presents key applicant information to facilitate informed decision-making, with controlled access allowing landlords and officers to manage nominations and offers. The software supports Direct Match functionality, allowing direct allocation of properties to suitable applicants.

Homelessness

The Homeless module offers a comprehensive solution for managing homeless cases efficiently and compliantly. It is pre-configured to meet Homeless Reduction Act (HRA) 2017 requirements for data collection and workflow and is integrated with our Housing Register module for streamlined data sharing and reporting. Additionally, help based on official guidance is built directly into forms.

Intelligent forms guide officers, ensuring accurate and quick data capture. Resulting actions are monitored and managed via personalised dashboards.

Customizable Personal Housing Plans (PHPs) with action tracking are accessed through the customer portal with functionality for case reviews, appeals, and legacy case management.

Effortless H-CLIC Reporting allows automatic capture of H-CLIC data at the point of entry with built-in validation to ensure it accords with H-CLIC specifications. Overnight schematron checks identify and highlight issues and the software automatically generates H-CLIC XML files for submission.

​

The module also has additional modules such as Financial Assistance (managing payments, communications, and actions), Rough Sleeper (supporting data capture, communication, and action tracking for rough sleeper cases) and Suitability Assessments (capturing information for temporary accommodation placement decisions). Support Assessments (within Support Module) capture applicant support needs and referrals.

Temporary Accommodation Rents

The Temporary Accommodation Rents module is designed to streamline the management of temporary accommodation (TA) finances. Key features include the ability to store charge information, create tenancy accounts, and track property-related actions and documents as well as generate rent account statements, record payments from various sources, and monitor arrears and repayment agreements.

​

Multiple accounts can be created per homelessness application, raising sundry debts/charges, and reconciling landlord invoices. All this integrates with existing finance systems to reduce data duplication and improve efficiency.
